Creating & Editing Elements

Every element is created through the same form regardless of type. Here is a breakdown of each section.

Element Name & Type

Give your element a descriptive internal name (e.g. “Product FAQ”) and choose Accordion, Tab, or Carousel. The type cannot be changed after saving.

Items

Add one or more items to your element. Each item has:

• Title — Displayed as the accordion header, tab label, or carousel slide heading.

• Description — Rich text body content. Supports bold, italic, lists, and links.

• Image — Optional. Upload directly from your computer or pick from your store's media library.

Drag the handle on the left of each item to reorder them.

Display Settings

Control exactly where the element appears on the storefront:

• Products — Show on all product pages or pick specific products.

• Pages — Show on all pages or select individual pages.

• Collections — Show on all collection pages or choose specific collections.

You can combine multiple display types in a single element. Leave all options unchecked to hide the element everywhere.

Appearance Settings

Customise the look of each element without writing CSS:

• Colors — Background, text, border, and accent colors.

• Padding & Spacing — Control inner padding and the gap between items.

• Border radius — Round or sharp corners for panels.

• Font size — Independent control over heading and body text sizes.

Appearance options vary slightly depending on the element type selected.
